Responsibilities also include assisting in patient/staff education and support in all aspects of lactation management, comprehensive assessment of patient and family needs, identification of outcomes based on the needs assessment and for establishment of a plan of care.Position RequirementsGraduate from an accredited schoolof nursing. Two(2) years experience in nursing, with minimum of one (1) year in lactation. National Certification in Specialty (IBCLC). Advanced problem-solving skills.
