Job Description Plans, coordinates and directs the daily operations of a specific section/division. Supervises clinical staff and facilitates communication with physicians and internal administrators to provide optimal patient and family-centered care. Is recognized as a change agent and routinely leads efforts to strengthen organizational systems that support the mission, vision, and values of the department. Adept at creative problem-solving, negotiating conflict, and collaborating with others. Demonstrates insight, judgment, and clinically sound risk-taking.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree. Five years of experience as an RN with one (1) year of experience in a leadership capacity. Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Georgia. Certification preferred. BLS, ACLS, and Healthcare Provider certifications required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (Medium): 20-50 lbs; 0-33% of the work day (occasionally); 11-25 lbs, 34-66% of the workday (frequently); 01-10 lbs, 67-100% of the workday (constantly); Lifting 50 lbs max; Carrying of objects up to 25 lbs; Occasional to frequent standing & walking, Occasional sitting, Close eye work (computers, typing, reading, writing), Physical demands may vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks.

Environmental exposures include, but are not limited to: Blood-borne pathogen exposure Bio-hazardous waste Chemicals/gases/fumes/vapors Communicable diseases Electrical shock, Floor Surfaces, Hot/Cold Temperatures, Indoor/Outdoor conditions, Latex, Lighting, Patient care/handling injuries, Radiation, Shift work, Travel may be required. Use of personal protective equipment, including respirators, environmental conditions may vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks.
OB/GYN experience required. Women's Health experience in an ambulatory care setting is preferred.
Additional Job Details
Responsible for daily performance of clinical staff. Manages schedules, time and attendance, hiring, performance reviews, and HR concerns. Ensures that all regulatory requirements are met. Collaborates with office Administrator for quality and efficient of patient care and physician support. Maintains own telehealth patient caseload.
