Georgia Employer PERSONAL CARE AIDE (PCA) in Locust Grove, Georgia

CareMaster Medical Service is seeking interested candidates to complete our New PCA Training Program.Candidates will not have a CNA Certification, and are not overly experienced as a Nurse Aide but HAVE a "desire to care for others".The training will last 40 to 50 hours (over a two to three weeks period of time); one week in our business office for "training" andone to two weeks of training with a Preceptor in the clients home.During the first week, you will complete a written PCA test, a TB skin test, attend skills training and complete CPR and First Aid training.You will be required to provide a valid photo ID, and either a Social Security Card or Birth Certificate copy as well as Proof of Car Insurance on your first day of training.Those who successfully complete the program will be expected to work as a PCA for CareMaster clients in (and around) Griffin, Ga.If you are interested in being considered for this PCA Training Program, you MUST submit a letter of interest, explaining WHY you would be a good fit for this program and for CareMaster.
