Title: Taleo System AdministratorLocation: Norcross, GAPOSITION SUMMARY:The Taleo System Administrator acts as the main support for and Administrator of Taleo, the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including customer service for internal and external users. Evaluates and oversees upgrades, patch installation, new processes and procedures, best practices, system issues, maintenance, and third party vendorsESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Administers system including building forms and templates. Manages inbox related to system administration requests ensuring timely, accurate responses and effective troubleshooting. Trains employees on Taleo functionality and processes. Identifies system and process opportunities and implements changes. Performs reporting and analytics related to Taleo/TAM/Onboarding. Serves as an internal resource to Talent Acquisition and Partner Services teams. Provides support with error handling. Processes data entry requests timely and accurately. Track new hires and assign roles as needed.LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Three years of experience in a recruiting capacity or with ATS systems, Taleo in particular. Demonstrated experience administering change control for multiple applications within a highly flexible, ever-changing environment. Demonstrated knowledge of Talent Management related processes and supporting technologies. Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience configuring, testing, and implementing applications. Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal direction and interact with all levels of Management across the organization.
