Account Representative Responsibilities: Generates recruiting leads for Account Executives by making outbound telephone calls by using the company database Contacts candidates to qualify them and match them based on their availability and skills to current open orders Updating and verifying information in the company database on a consistent basis with pertinent information such as licensure, board certifications, and contact information Collaboratively works with assigned Account Executives to assist with business development of their territories to maximize opportunities and generate activity with candidates Researches internet job boards and postings to find potential candidates and contacts them to convert into potential revenue Contacts new registrants on the LocumTenens.com website Achieves/exceeds monthly goals and targets by prospecting for new candidates Manages daily schedule of calls, meetings, and follow ups Maintains and develops new and existing relationships Sends appropriate targeted marketing materials and follows up appropriately Follows up with candidates on a regular basis to ensure their customer satisfaction Covers for Account Executives as needed Jackson Healthcare is an EEO/AA Employer.
