Title: Director, HR Project ManagementLocation: Norcross, GAPOSITION SUMMARY:The HR Business Partner is responsible for executing HR strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the PruittHealth system through talent management, performance management, succession planning, change management, training and development and analytics. The HR Business Partner works in partnership with HR and Operations teams to provide a high level of service to the region served. The HRBP will coordinate and champion implementation of services, policies and programs through Human Resources staff; and will assist and advise company leaders about HR issues.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Partners with leadership team to identify, develop and promote programs that meet strategic business objectives. Functions as a business advisor to the AVPs and Administrators of his/her assigned business unit regarding key organizational and management issues including employee relations.Â· Implement programs that effectively communicate and support the organization's vision and mission.Â· Support organizational effectiveness through proper alignment of people, processes, structure and culture with business strategies.Â· Uses Project Management methodologies to drive projects to completion, ensuring projects are completed on time and with high quality. Establish project objectives, timelines, resource needs, and deliverables. Communicate to stakeholders on status of projects.Â· Functions as a strategic business advisor to the senior management team of his/her entity regarding key organizational and management issues.Â· Work with system Partner Services team and Operations to align and integrate facility, regional and organizational people strategies.Â· In conjunction with the IS, uses HRIS technology to provide metrics and measurement tools and analysis to aid senior leadership with strategic decision making and operational management.Â· Identifies training needs for business units as well as individual director level coaching needs. Directly delivers appropriate solutions, identifying appropriate internal or external sources if necessary.Â· Other duties as assigned.LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: BS/BA degree from an accredited college or university; MBA/MA preferred. Current Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) preferred. Minimum 10 years of experience in a progressively responsible, strategic position in Human Resources, preferably in a healthcare organizationÂ· Comprehensive knowledge of HR core competencies â recruiting, benefits, compensation, HRIS technology, training, organizational development and learning and development. Strong working knowledge of local, state and federal employment law. Strong knowledge of current technical applications including MS Office suite and Peoplesoft, ability to learn new software programs with ease. Must have strategically and tactically evaluated and implemented sophisticated HR related programs and initiatives. Must have worked with senior leadership to build consensus around HR strategy and tactics. Demonstrated experience in organizational leadership management and change management. Demonstrated experience in change management and communication. Demonstrated ability with project management and process improvement. Proven ability to attract and retain outstanding talent and assemble and motivate high performance teams.
